Footprints offers a warm welcome to people who have lost a loved one either through death or other circumstances. Bereavement affects many people and not just those who have lost a loved one because they have died. If you are feeling bereaved and would value a coffee and a chat or a listening ear then Footprints may just be the thing for you. 

There are a number of people who attend this group on a regular basis, whilst others pop in from time to time when they feel the need to be with people who understand.

Bereavement can leave you feeling lonely and isolated. You may be in a position where you don’t really want to talk, just listen and be with friendly people. That is absolutely fine. There are no expectations placed on you at Footprints, just a place to come and be yourself. Many of those who attend Footprints have developed new friendships with each other, making the journey through bereavement a little bit easier to deal with.
